• Mardin Artuklu University Receives a European Award Every Year

Mardin Artuklu University received the European Award for Best Practices 2016 from the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR), based in Lausanne (Switzerland), which is dedicated to creating and sustaining an environment conductive to the growth of quality awareness and competitiveness in organizations worldwide.

 

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ağırakça, the Chancellor, in the name of Mardin Artuklu University, received the European Award for Best Practices which is given to the establishments and institutions and so on which strive for excellence and have proven their capabilities through their accomplishments, at the magnificent Convention in Brussel (Belgium).

 

In the Convention, to which are participated the representatives from the different sectors from Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ağırakça, the Chancellor, receiving the award, said that Mardin Artuklu University aims to be one of the best universities in their fields in 21. Century and they deserved this award as the result of their producing in scientific atmosphere and putting this in effect.

 

Participating “the summit of leaders” and “the anniversary of Union of Academicians” last year, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ağırakça, the Chancellor, said that Mardin Artuklu University received the European Award for Best Practices 2016 after the awards of “the best university of the region” and “the best Chancellor” and they consider the productivity by examining the activities and try to perform the total quality studies the best. He continued his speech:

 

“The most important goal of Mardin Artuklu University is to make the scientific and institutional quality a principle. It is proud that our university receives the awards from the distinguished establishment of Europe every year.”
